What You'll Bring
  • Extensive market research experience: A minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience working in a research company or division focusing on quantitative projects
  • Client-centric expertise: Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic, client-centric project advisory, build strong, lasting client relationships and effectively communicate research findings to senior stakeholders (experience in servicing technology/finance clients would be a plus)
  • Team leadership & development: Extensive experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of engagement and professional growth 
  • Quantitative research mastery: Deep expertise in managing complex, multi-national primary quantitative research projects, coupled with strong strategic, conceptual and consulting abilities
  • Global collaboration flexibility: Adaptability in working hours to accommodate client and team calls across various time zones, ensuring effective global communication
  • Understanding the Indian regulatory landscape: Prior knowledge is advantageous, but a rapid learning aptitude for India regulations is essential
  • Essential research tools: Competent in using statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, Q) for data analysis and adept at leveraging MS Office/G Suite applications for clear, impactful communication of research findings
What You'll Do
You'll be the driving force behind complex quantitative projects, translating data into actionable strategies for our clients. You'll not only lead project execution and ensure exceptional quality, but also cultivate lasting client partnerships and contribute to our global growth through innovative research projects. Your leadership will extend to mentoring a talented team, fostering their professional development within an inclusive culture, and ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance in partnership with the CEO for our India office. You'll be a key player in bridging our international office, championing knowledge sharing, and embodying Factworks' core values that define our company.
